Application
Biomedical industries:
1)Surface modification of biomaterials such as nanoparticles and membranes;
2)Cleaning and disinfecting functions of medical instruments;
3)Urethral catheters are generally made of natural rubber, silicone rubber or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials. Due to the poor biocompatibility of the material itself, plasma modification is needed to improve the moisture affinity of the material. Triclosan and brominitol are coated on the surface of PVC, and the modified PVC material can kill bacteria and resist bacterial adhesion.Thus, the infection caused by the material in the process of use is reduced and the biocompatibility of the material is improved.
Headphone industry:
1) The coil in the earphone drives the diaphragm to vibrate constantly under the drive of the signal current. The bonding effect between the coil and the diaphragm and the diaphragm and the earphone shell will directly affect the sound effect and service life of the earphone. If it falls off, it will produce broken sound, which will seriously affect the sound effect and life of the headset.
2)The thickness of the diaphragm is very thin.In order to improve the bonding effect,, the use of chemical methods will directly affect the material of the diaphragm, thereby affecting the sound effect. Many manufacturers are using new technologies to process the diaphragm. Plasma treatment is one of them. This technology can effectively improve the bonding effect and meet the needs without changing the material of the diaphragm. After experiments, the bonding effect between the various parts of the earphone produced by the plasma cleaning machine is significantly improved, and there will be no sound breakage under the long-term high-pitched test, and the service life is greatly improved.
Display industry:
Modern touch screens, liquid crystal displays, and TV screens place high requirements on the production process. Each plastic part must be treated with a highly transparent anti-scratch and anti-static coating before bonding and assembly.
Prior to this, plasma technology was used to treat the plastic window part, and the coating was more evenly distributed. This not only resulted in an impeccable product appearance, but also greatly reduced the rejection rate in the production process.
